Lisbeth McNabb

Lisbeth McNabb is CEO and founder of w2wlink. After driving high levels of growth as CFO and Strategist for Match.com in October 2007 she launched a professional women’s content and community digital business. Her professional background includes 20+ years in innovation across sales and business development, operations, finance and planning in growth and emerging stage businesses at Match.com, Frito-Lay, American Airlines, AT&T and Sodexo.

Lisbeth is a board of director and audit chair of Nexstar Broadcasting, a Media company on the NASDAQ exchange, an advisory board member of American Airlines, Southern Methodist University, Texchange, University Nebraska Entrepreneurship Center, and company advisor to digital, technology and consumer companies including ClubCorp, Sittercity.com and GenGreen. Lisbeth is the Co-Chair of Women Corporate Directors – Dallas and a member of NACD and Entrepreneurs Foundation of Texas. w2wlink is a portfolio company of Astia. A mentor at Southern Methodist University, University of Nebraska, and a former mentor at Mentium.

She received her B.S. at University of Nebraska and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. She was honored as Distinguished Alumnae by SMU Cox School of Business, 2011 and Top 25 Women in Business, Dallas Business Journal.

Francesca Spinelli 

 Principal, Precidia Partners

 


Francesca Spinelli was one of the first of a growing number of Human Resources executives serving on corporate boards. While on the Board of Directors of Advance Auto Parts (AAP), a Fortune 500 specialty retailer, she headed the Compensation Committee and served on the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Francesca has served as the chief human resources officer for retailers RadioShack Corp. and PetSmart, Inc. and the Vice President of Organizational Development for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She has been recognized by Human Resources Executive and the State of Texas Governor’s Committee on Workforce Development for her innovative programs.

Today, Francesca focuses on senior level executive coaching and leadership development. Additionally, she teaches with the SMU Cox School of Business in the MBA and Executive Education programs.

Francesca has numerous years of industry and non-profit board experience. Some of these include: charter member of the HR Innovator Advisory Board; Northwestern University School of Communication Dean’s Advisory Board; PetSmart Charities Board of Directors, North Texas Bold Initiative Advisory Council and Central Texas United Way. Francesca has been a speaker to numerous professional organizations including the National Association of Corporate Directors – North Texas, The HR Leadership Summit, the National Human Capital Summit, the Human Resources Technology Conference, the World Trade Group – HR Executives Summit, the US Department of Labor’s 21st Century Workforce Summit, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Francesca holds a PhD from the University of Wisconsin, an MA from the University of Iowa and a BS from Northwestern University.

Kathy Harless

Katherine J. (Kathy) Harless has had significant success leading growth, turnaround and IPO for several multi-billion dollar businesses in consumer and B2B markets as CEO/President.

She served as President and CEO of Idearc Media Inc. from 2006-2008. She led the successful spinoff of Idearc Media from Verizon Communications and navigated the company from print centric to a multi-platform media company. Previously, she served as President of Verizon Information Services and was President of GTE Airfone.

She serves on the board of directors for the Toro Company, on its Audit Committee, Compensation and Human Resource Committee, as well as the Nominating and Governance Committee. She was a member on the Idearc Media board and Verizon Foundation board. She is a lifetime member of and serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. She twice served as Chairman of the Yellow Pages Association board.

She is a Director and member of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a member of the Women Corporate Directors and Committee of 200. She was featured in the September 2010 issue of The Agenda Diversity 100 as “Top Diverse Board Candidates You’ve Never Heard of” and also in the November/December 2005 issue of Profiles in Diversity Journal as one of the “Women Worth Watching in 2006.”

In 1998, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the University of Texas at Austin, the business school’s highest honor for outstanding achievement.

Renee Hornbaker

Chief Financial Officer, Stream Energy

 


Renée Hornbaker has more than 30 years of experience in financial management. From 2006 until its recent sale and transition to Arrow Electronics, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Shared Technologies Inc. which provides telecommunications infrastructure and support and is a Fortune 100 Best Company to work for. Previously Ms. Hornbaker was a partner with RJ Partners, a consulting firm she founded. Before then she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Flowserve Corporation, a Fortune 1000 international manufacturing and industrial services firm. Prior to becoming its CFO, she held positions of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Earlier, Renée held senior financial executive positions with a number of firms including the Phelps Dodge Corporation and the Circle K Corporation. She also served as a Senior Manager in the Audit Practice of Deloitte & Touche.

Ms. Hornbaker has served on the board of directors of Eastman Chemical Company, a Fortune 500 industrial business, since 2003 and has chaired its Audit committee since 2007. Renée also serves on its Finance and Health, Safety, Environment and Security committees. She is President of the board of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors for 2011 – 2012. From 2010 – 2011, she was President of the Dallas Chapter of Financial Executives International. Renée is also on the Executive Committee of the Dallas Chapter of Women’s Corporate Directors. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Hornbaker is also an advisory board member for the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance Women’s Program and the Dallas CFO Roundtable.

Renée is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Masters of Business Administration, Accounting, and Bachelor of Arts in English from Indiana University.
