· Strengths in parallel with industry and business model demand, direction, company life cycle, and trends;

· Individual key differentiators - your “claim to fame”; and

· Board, corporate, and entrepreneurial experience. Not for Profit and committee work will be leveraged as will any directors or additive training.

2) Board Dynamics Indicator (BDI) Assessment: Identify your Director governing style and boardroom influence capabilities and derailers

-On line Board of Director assessment which rates/ranks board readiness in comparison to national and international profile and governance standards;

-Membership in the first global registry of corporate directors; and

-Full BDI Assessment results, 60 minute one on one post assessment consultative/coaching session for results, gap analysis and feedback.

3) Taking Stock, Gaining Perspective, and Charting Your Destination:

-Full review of background documents and information. Including CV, Bio, Resume, Corporate Website, Search Firm documents, LinkedIn profile and Google search results.

-Credentials and personal brand documents will become a part of a national database used by search professionals and nominating committees for Board of Director searches
