Strong transaction and financial experience, including M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, capital allocation, or strategic investments
The company is particularly interested in executives who can contribute to discussions around growth, portfolio strategy, transactions, and capital allocation.

A publicly traded, mid-market consumer packaged goods company in the household products sector is seeking one or potentially two experienced board members to provide strategic guidance, industry expertise, and perspective on innovation and emerging technologies.
The company is particularly interested in candidates who bring one or more of the following:
Senior innovation, R&D, product development, or commercialization leadership experience
CPG or consumer products industry experience, with a strong understanding of consumers, brands, market dynamics, and evolving customer needs
AI and emerging technology perspective, including an understanding of the opportunities and risks AI creates for innovation, product development, operations, consumer engagement, data, and competitive strategy
Because the company is looking to add two board members, candidates do not necessarily need to bring strength across every area.
