Board Opportunity: Public Specialty Chemicals & Industrial Materials Company
A publicly traded specialty chemicals and industrial materials company is seeking an experienced executive to join its Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Senior leadership experience in any of these: specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing, materials, energy, mining, infrastructure, or another capital-intensive industry
Strong transaction and financial experience, including M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, capital allocation, or strategic investments
The company is particularly interested in executives who can contribute to discussions around growth, portfolio strategy, transactions, and capital allocation.
