What does today’s boardroom really look like—and what does it take to earn a seat at the table? Drawing on findings from Corporate Board Member and Diligent Institute’s most recent Director Confidence Index, this webinar will explore how public company boards are adapting to an increasingly complex risk environment, the capabilities directors believe are most needed today, and how board composition is evolving in response. Join us for a conversation on what boards are looking for now—and what they are preparing for in the future.
